Beck Tools 2×72 Belt Grinder Wheel Kit

The Beck Tools Wheel Kit includes the CNC-machined wheels and matched mounting hardware needed to complete the primary belt path on a BA Shredder 2×72 Belt Grinder.

Included

• One 7-inch crowned drive wheel
• 5/8-inch keyed motor-shaft bore
• One 3-inch flat tracking wheel
• Two 2-inch flat idler wheels
• Installed bearings with 1/2-inch ID
• Three 1.5-inch shoulder bolts
• Three wheel spacers

Fully CNC-Machined 6061 Aluminum

All four wheels are fully CNC machined from 6061 aluminum for accurate geometry, smooth rotation, and consistent belt tracking.

The wheels are anodized to increase surface durability while reducing corrosion and oxidation.

Simplified Drive-Wheel Alignment

The drive wheel is designed specifically for the BA Shredder and standard 56C-frame motors.

Simply align the end of the motor shaft with the outside face of the drive wheel’s center web. This automatically places the drive wheel in line with the rest of the BA Shredder wheel system, reducing measurement and installation errors.

Balanced for High-Speed Operation

The drive wheel has equal material removed opposite the set-screw counterbore to compensate for the removed material and improve balance at high speed.

Built as a Complete System

The included bearings, shoulder bolts, and spacers are matched to the wheels so the components install correctly and work together without sourcing mismatched hardware.

Accurate wheels create better tracking, lower vibration, and a smoother grinding experience.
